• Background Check: Quick & Tidy will conduct a criminal background check and verify all references provided. Any false information will result in immediate disqualification.
• Employment Status: If selected, you will be hired as an independent contractor. You will be responsible for your own tax obligations and will not be entitled to employee benefits unless otherwise stated in your contract.
• Training Requirement: All new cleaners must complete a mandatory orientation and training program before starting work with clients.
• Professionalism: You agree to maintain the highest standards of professionalism, including punctuality, respectful communication, and quality work at all times.
• Client Confidentiality: You agree to respect client privacy and confidentiality. Sharing client information or taking photos of client properties without explicit permission is strictly prohibited.
• Equipment & Supplies: Quick & Tidy will provide cleaning supplies for jobs. You must have reliable transportation to travel to client locations.
• Code of Conduct: You agree to adhere to Quick & Tidy's code of conduct, which includes zero tolerance for theft, harassment, or unprofessional behavior.
• Data Protection: Your personal information will be stored securely and used only for employment purposes in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
• Right to Refuse: Quick & Tidy reserves the right to refuse any application or terminate any contractor relationship at its discretion.
• Accuracy of Information: You certify that all information provided in this application is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge.
